GER3 has officially launched our formal Jamaica program in response to the devastation wreaked by Hurricane Melissa in late 2025!

The GER3 team secured funding from the International Organization of Migration (IOM). Our work will reach over 10,000 beneficiaries through home repair, debris removal, education services and relief kit distribution.

GER3 will employ local Jamaicans through our Cash for Work (C4W) program. So far, we have ten C4W team members and we are removing debris from four public sites. We estimate 450 households will receive assistance and we will distribute 660 shelter kits/vouchers. GER3 will be based primarily out of St. Elizabeth, Parottee, Hilltop, Allentown, and their surrounding communities.
