GER³ has completed a major home repair program in Khersonska oblast, restoring 595 war-damaged homes and supporting 1,364 people to remain safely in their communities.
Implemented with support from the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund and in partnership with the District One Foundation, the project focused on essential repairs to windows, doors, roofs, and other damaged parts of homes.
These repairs are helping families live in safer, more dignified conditions while protecting them from Ukraine’s harsh winters. By restoring damaged homes, the program also helps people avoid the financial burden and disruption of relocating to another community or paying for extensive repairs themselves.
The completion of these 595 homes marks an important milestone in GER³’s ongoing work in Ukraine.
GER³ is grateful to have received an additional round of funding from the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund and looks forward to continuing to support communities throughout 2025.
